Our Pastor
James Henson has been the Pastor of the Church of Reconciliation since 1997. He and his wife Lea of 46 years are passionate and committed to serving their community through our church. James became a Christian in 1980 at Graceland Church where he served faithfully for 17 years before coming to pastor Church of Reconciliation.
He is also the President of the Harvest Foundation which serves and encourages and supports pastors all over the country (harvestfoundation.com). His goal is simple, to serve God and to serve people and welcomes all to the Church of Reconciliation.
Our History
C.O.R. was birthed in 1992 as a non denominational Church. Prayer meetings, Bible studies and group fellowship were very fruitful in Salvations and transformations of lives and families before our Church was confirmed. Brian Whittaker, our first pastor, led us until 1997 when James Henson was called into the senior pastor position. We continue today as a non denominational spirit filled and led Church that believes in The Word of God, The Spirit of God and The Presence of God that works in our lives everyday.
